Your Shipment

Packages are generally sent within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS Ground, typically 3-5 day delivery. If you prefer delivery by UPS Expedite, typically 1-3 day delivery, an additional cost will be applied (shown at check out). Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees can vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. We are not liable for any shipping destruction that may occur once it leaves our facility.

Boxes are packed with care and your items are well-protected to the best of our ability.

If your item is back-ordered, please allow up to 2 weeks for your purchase to ship. Once it ships, you will be notified by email and the same shipping times and rules apply as above.


If you are unhappy with any items in your purchase, you have 30 days from the date your shipment was delivered to notify us by email that you would like to make a return. Any returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and/or still in new condition or they will not be accepted. Price of the item itself, not including shipping will be refunded. Buyer must pay return shipping fees.

As items are individually hand crafted and personally inspected for the highest quality, it is an extremely low possibility that any item will be shipped with any defect whatsoever.

We do our very best to ensure proper adhesion of all rhinestones. It is very important that you follow the care instructions that are sent with your shirt. Each shirt comes with a few replacement rhinestones just in case. If you wish, you can send in your shirt at our facility and have us reapply any missing rhinestones.
